Recently Sunbeam Corp. replaced two of our competitor's machines with two of our CP-1200vi's.  The results were a dramatic increase in production and part performance with a dramatic decrease in costs. 

These two CP-1200vi vacuum insulated cryogenic chambers replace two of our competitor's machines.  The machines replaced were the type that used a refrigeration compressor to "reduce nitrogen consumption." Of course, the compressor had not functioned for most of the time the machines were used by our customer. 

As used by Sunbeam, the CP-1200vi's 1,800 pound payload per run is nowhere near their ultimate capacity, but is twice that of the previous machines.  Sunbeam runs over 500,000 pounds of clipper blades through these machines per year. 

The vacuum insulated CP-1200vi is extremely efficient.  Our competitor's machines, with a payload of only 800 pounds, consumed more than 720 liters of liquid nitrogen, and never got the payload below -200^oF.  When parts processed in our competitor's machines were tested for wear resistance they showed a decrease in performance.  After the installation of our CP-1200vi's nitrogen consumption dropped to 600 liters for the process, but with over twice the payload. 

The CP-1200vi easily cools the load down to  -300^o F, and because there is heating capacity in the machine, also tempers the parts.  This tempering capability frees up a tempering oven for other use.  The wear resistance is greatly enhanced, and the processing cost has dropped considerably.
